Hi All,
I left my notes at home, but still wanted to get a couple of questions posted. (I'm at the coffee shop for high-speed internet; at home I only have dial-up. I think I'm the only one on the network who has only dial-up at home!)
Adam, you said that teachers in your school have found "placement of routines" and "quality of material" to be the essential make-or-break components of success. Could you (or anyone who'd enjoy doing so) explain that further? REALLY want to know what you've discovered.
Also, wanted to say I love, absolutely LOVE what you said (which I believe you attributed to someone else): "We're becoming the students of our students." How powerful. I find that to be true, too, especially with regard to use of technology.
Thanks Rod, and everyone, for an inspiring meeting. Hope we can continue our discussions and plans.
Mark, I watched you in the Visible Thinking video (again) last night. Getting ready for PZ this summer... Hope you get signed onto Fireside soon. (Rod, do we need to nudge people again?)
