- Involved in public education for over 25 years as a teacher, coach, building administrator, and now a central office administrator. Sharing is one of the best things we can do as educators so that we can continue to improve all schools.

There's an article posted in the Michigan Fireside group under "links to articles for discussion." It's right at the top: "Improving Relationships within the Schoolhouse." I've discussed it in several group meetings with a variety of colleagues; it has a way of opening up discussion that has been dormant or repressed for a long time. Maybe you could see what you think--it may hold important implications for administrators, and for all of us. What you wrote in your profile brought to mind the thesis of that article.
