Thanks!! So nice to hear your thoughts.
Just a note to let you know that I added a link to your blog "A2EatWrite" to Fireside Learning's "can't miss links" box in the lower right panel. I must have missed seeing it earlier, or you hadn't included in "About" box on your profile page. Sorry, if it was the former case.
So glad you're a friend in this community of learners.
Linda
I've emailed an invitation to my friend and haven't received a reply yet. I also thought of another colleague who is truly an out-of-the-box educator. She's a true pioneer of methods for diverse learners. Both colleagues are in Ann Arbor.
Audrey
another nudge about Michigan Fireside. Would you come to the first meeting?
Yours,
Connie
(go to the group at this site, you'll see the plans)
What do you think about Michigan Fireside, the group? Would you like to join in with reading articles and getting together to talk about them?
Thanks for all your involvement on the site; just love having you here.
BTW, put some pressure on Scott to join, ok? I've sent him two messages. Let's double-team him.
A dream...here you are. I have always admired you and your fine teaching; felt that it was an honor to "talk education" with you as a colleague, loved watching how you work with children.
There are a number of people here who share the interest in "how our lifestyle as a society, is affecting our children in both the educational arena and in their lives in general" .Let's get some forums started on this.
Have you seen the forums I set up, just to get us started? It's kind of like a message board, but different.
Click on one of the forum questions and you can add your response, or start one on any topic you'd like.
Welcome!!
