Thinking Routines

I have went over the many different thinking routines that have been presented to me in class and I really think that they are brilliant. The idea of routines only having a few steps and making sure that they are easy to teach and easy to learn are crucial in my eyes. How is your new semester going?
It's always a big jolt to have classes of brand new students looking up at you. It's hard. I grieve those who have moved on....and realize how much work it really takes to bring a class to a cohesive togetherness and to get to know students.....it's worth it! Let me know how classes are going and how you are in other ways too...

Kelli,

Welcome. We speculated on Thursday, that you were ill, after not feeling so great on Tuesday. I think Stephanie took some materials for you, but I'm not sure. Either way, Wwe will catch you up next week. Ben was out too. Something about bad soup.

I'm glad to see you here so I don't have to say g'bye on Thursday. And, I certainly like your headline at the top of your page. =: )

Hi Kelli,
Welcome indeed, hope you find some interest, intrugue, information and inspiration here. (It works for me (; )
I'm curious about the modern scene: what's been your biggest 'aha!' in your teacher education? (I think I'll kick off a forum on it in fact!)
