Profile Information
- Tell about your involvement in education, and your ideals for collegial sharing
- I am currently a student studying music education. I have spent a lot of time teaching music privately and I am interested in becoming a music teacher after I graduate. I have also spent many summers working with children at a day camp. I look forward to being able to share ideas with my colleagues, peers, and mentors.
- About Me:
- I spend a lot of time practicing my beautiful violin, but that is not all I do, in fact that is not even close to consuming a quarter of my time. I love playing guitar and singing, and I like to write songs as well. I also play piano and viola, and I like to pretend that I am really good at mandolin and penny whistle, but I think my brother would disagree. So I like playing music, but listening to it is super great too. (see favorite music). I'm sure my friends would say that I spend I lot of time doing homework, particularly physics and cosmology, but I also love snuggling with my cat, horse riding, baking, going for walks in the woods by my house, playing with my brother, and doing crafts, crunching leaves in the fall, and plucking grass outside in the summer to roll around in my fingers...
Some of my interests and hobbies include: green tea, violin/guitar/singing (classical, celtic, indie rock, folk...etc), astrophysics, photography and drawing, sleeping (but that doesn't happen much), musical theatre, trail mix, you know, the list goes on...
