Yea! So glad you're here.
We should trade some fourth grade language arts activities--weaving through the Project Zero Classroom ideas about understanding. Let's get playful about it!
I'm not ready to think about the school year in a disciplined way quite yet--are you? I want to just bask in the multitude of ideas we've been taking in and generating this last week... a little reflection time.
But I know I want to get going right away in the year with Cultures of Thinking activities, welcoming the students to a thinking classroom, and a culture of care and collaboration.
What will you be doing the rest of summer? Playing with the kids?
It was a great delight to be sharing our learning together in study group. Thanks for your positive, creative energy!
