I am currently a graduate student, majoring in history and education. My recent experience of teaching English in Costa Rica opened my heart to the field of teaching. So, now I have a dual major.
About Me:
My path is a winding road and I love each aspect of it. The valleys make the mountains stand tall. It seems that I have been in school all of my life. I spent several years working in preschool but I now find myself wanting to serve the Tweens. I plan to return to Costa Rica to teach. The needs are great there.

I just love your name Nikia, you are as beautiful as your name. Minnesota during this time of year for me is even more magical for me. I can hardly wait for the first snow fall, which is so beautiful. We had a bit of an appetizer during the early part of October, however, the one close to Thanksgiving seems to usher in the sense f wonder. I love Minnesota because each season there are loads of cultural events you can participate in with the entire family. We are now looking forward to the Holidazzal parade that begins a bit before Thanksgiving running through New Year's Day. I am so glad to be on this site, and I always give thanks to Eemah Martha for bringing me along with her. Peace and blessings to all.

I like the video below and your blog on cultural anthropology. You know there is so much to consider but somehow, I prefer to reduce the worldview rather than to continue to broaden the scope. Dr. Haslam advices that I continue to move from ideas to actual research until I flush out all of the relevant issues. So, where do you draw the line? Just thinking out loud Nikia, do not try to answer this :)
