- I am currently a senior in college and am actively pursuing my degree in English/LA with elementary education. Right now, I am teacher assisting in a 4th grade classroom and absolutely love my students and the experience thus far! I am also intrigued by the wisdom other educators have to offer!
I sincerely believe the words of William W. Ward when he said, "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires."

How are you finding the site? What conversations are you reading? Have you gotten lost yet? I hope you get to teach in Africa someday as you say. What an amazing opportunity and experience that would be. Do you have a particular country or region in mind?
I'm intrigued by the wisdom other educators have to offer too! (Sometimes I think "How on earth could they think that..."; sometimes "Wow, not that is brilliant, and useful, and relevant..)
