Tell about your involvement in education, and your ideals for collegial sharing

I am Tamishra Swain teaching English in a University affiliated school (Banasthali University) India. The task I ventured is to bring the learners into a common English speaking environment as they are from vernacular background. In addition to that. I am also pursuing a PhD degree. I expect to learn and also to share my views with this forum.
