How To Fix Health Insurance (and Education?...)

Some very serious education writers (inc. Diane Ravitch and Deborah Meier) have vocally proposed that education woes in our cities cannot be addressed until universal or vastly improved health care services are in place. (Too many kids too sick to learn).

As someone who has had his time on the uninsured roles, I'm not adverse to making health coverage more accessible, though I doubt it impacts education so much as other factors.

This video, and a study it follows, explore the nature of the uninsured and additional solutions for covering them.
