This is really interesting. Just watched it with company. I especially like the example of the encyclopedias that he give at the end.
Strangely enough, I find a connection between these motivators (which, by the way, Mike mentioned several times in various recent discussions, including my discussion about curiosity) - and the book recently published in the US "Start Up Nation". I invite you to read an excerpt here and watch the interview with one of the co-authors in MSNBC morning show here (many nonsense before and after the actual interview).
This has a lot to do with my belief in discovering the entrepreneur in the student. But could it be because I live in "the start-up country"? ;-)
